Class is cancelled 9/13. This does not affect Wednesday's intermediate class. Beginners' Kickboxing will resume next week, the 20th.
One hour class followed by 30 minutes of sparring. Kickboxing is a combat sport based on kicking & punching. Learn technique while getting a good workout. Sparring at the end of class to put into practice what we just learned. All levels of ability and experience are welcome.
