Beginners' Kick Boxing

One hour class followed by 30 minutes of optional sparring. Kickboxing is a combat sport based on kicking & punching. Learn technique while getting a good workout. Sparring at the end of class to put into practice what we just learned. All levels of ability and experience are welcome.
