Intermediate Kick Boxing

Been coming to Haymaker for a while? Already have some martial arts skills? Come to this one hour intermediate class. Kickboxing is a combat sport based on kicking & punching. Learn technique while getting a good workout. Sparring at the end of class to put into practice what we just learned. You should know the basics of throwing punches (jab, cross, hooks) and kicks (front kick, side kick, roundhouse). More advanced participants are welcome to train less experienced participants.
