Introduction to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

An introduction to BJJ, a martial art and combat sport system that focuses on grappling and especially ground fighting. We'll go over the some of the basics so that participants leave feeling that they've learned some of the core techniques. Participation does mean contact with bodies, but if you want to just watch and listen then you are still welcome to attend!

As with all our classes, this event is free.
