Open to newcomers and advanced practicioners alike, this class is run as a training course of discreet exercises.
The first part of class is made up of 15 minutes of cardio (five sets of jump-rope and push-ups). Second, we spend approximately 36 minutes practicing boxing drills that emphasize footwork, hand-speed, and stamina. These include agility ladder exercises, partner drills, and rounds on the heavy bag. The session ends with a 9 minute series of ab exercises. Participants are encouraged to set their own pace and ask questions regarding technique and form.
